A mother should be non demanding
wonderful in mind
A mother should be giving
loving all of the time
A mother should be
beautiful and caring ?
always sharing
A mother always knows best
she has your best at heart
she wearys herself to make things right
she is tearful delight
she gives and gives and expects nothing in return
she is a must when there is concern
A mother should be fierce
and protect at all times
She should be non-demanding
not worrying too much about the mess
always loving I say mess no fuss
A mother of all things should be wise
acknowledging all the things that must be learnt
understanding the weaknesses and builiding upon them when we get burnt
giving so that the children can grow from them
loving so that we can take the next step
and always helping us making us grow and not forget
A mother also is just a person
she does very well at nursing
but mothers need love too
and today is the day to do
Just what your Mummy always gave to you
A wonderful a generous Hug
A kiss on the cheek
An I love you Mum
And a Thank-you
for all that you have done
That is all a Mother can expect
on such a wonderful day
If anymore comes her way
she is most grateful to be a mother
