Alicia tagged herself to name her top 5 albums, read her selections here.I wanted to jump in on the fun! Here are my Top 5 Albums of all time....My All-Time Favorite is Everclear Sparkle and FadeI first picked this CD up in 1996 and listened to it on the drive from RI to Florida.Whenever I hear "I just wanna see some palm trees" it always makes me think of Florida and how palm trees make me smile. The whole album is amazing. It?s got such a raw feeling to it.The songs are all about being angry and being hurt and wanting to run away or drown your sorrows in alcohol - just those nasty angsty feelings when life isn?t what you had envisioned it to be.The anger you feel when fucked over by someone "Yes I live for the day when I can hear you say you make me feel like a whore."This album started my 12 yr love relationship with Everclear and goes into the CD player every time the "twist inside" gets to be too much to take.Dance Hall Crashers The Live Album I love chick rock. This CD is just amazing.I can never get tired of listening to "Enough".And really - what chick has never had the desire to scream out "I DON?T WANNA BEHAVE!!"This is basically my guys suck CD.(needless to say it spends many, many hours in my CD player...)Dave Matthews Band Listener SupportedThis is kind of cheating because this is a 2 CD set. Some of my favorite Dave songs are missing, but if I could pick just one DMB album, this would have to be it, especially disc 2.

Some of my favorite Dave songs are missing, but if I could pick just one DMB album, this would have to be it, especially disc 2.True Reflections is an awesome song.I love 40 - it?s just so sweet.Don?t Drink the Water takes me back to the first time I saw Dave in concert and the energy - the absolute electricity that was in the air for that song.DMB is a live band - no studio release can capture their essence as well as their live recordings can.Suicidal Tendencies How Will I Laugh Tomorrow...This album was the first time I ever realized that there were people out there that could actually understand me. Yes, I had listened to Metallica?s Fade to Black and yes, there was Megadeth?s In My Darkest Hour, but never before ST had anyone been able to verbalize so clearly all the pain that I felt.Years later the song Sorry?!took on a whole different meaning after my mother passed and I went through tremendous guilt for the relationship we had and for how little I did for her while she was still alive.Sorry...I didn?t know what was to beSorry...It don?t seem fair to meSorry...Lord I?ll always beSorry...She died but it?s killing mePoison Greatest HitsHoly 80s Batman!I love Poison.I always have and always will.I remember grooving out back in the day to Cry Tough and Look What the Cat Dragged In.Later they sealed the deal with Every Rose Has Its Thorn.I?m the type that usually despises anything once it becomes popular. This song is different. It touches me in so many ways and I see so many of my relationships in that song. This CD brings back the memories of those fun 80?s (and early 90?s).
